Finalise Screening Profile, Date & Location
Your dedicated HealthWatch account manager will be on hand to help you select the Health Screening Profile that is suitable for you and your workforce.
Once the profile has been confirmed we will agree a suitable time and date for your workplace Health Screening Programme to take place.​
Promote Health Screening
To keep the time you spend organising the health screen to an absolute minimum, HealthWatch will provide you with marketing support to promote your company Health Screen Initiative.
This includes tailored promotional materials for your staff.
Book Appointment & Submit Health & Lifestyle Questionnaire Online
Three to four weeks before the beginning of the health screening programme we will provide staff with access to our bespoke online appointment booking system.
This will allow those who wish to participate to select a suitable time and date for their health screen. Participants will also be able to conveniently answer and submit their health and lifestyle questionnaire securely online.

System Overview
Our bespoke appointment booking solution allows you and your employees to book your Health Screening appointment online.
This is ideal for companies with large numbers of staff or multiple locations, and all that is required is access to the internet.
HealthWatch communicates all programme details and requirements directly to participants, minimising any extra administration for you and your staff, leaving you to get on with running your business.
Don’t worry if some of your staff do not have internet access. We can discuss the best way to accommodate them quickly and efficiently.

Health Screening Appointment
During your appointment our HealthWatch Nurse will carry out the relevant physical tests and take the required blood samples. The nurse will also discuss your responses to the Health & Lifestyle questionnaire with you.
Using our fleet of nationwide specimen transportation vehicles these samples will be transferred to the ISO 15189 accredited laboratory of our partner company Eurofins Biomnis, for analysis.
Medical Laboratory Analysis
Participant samples will be analysed in our partner ISO 15189 accredited laboratory, Eurofins Biomnis. Consultant Pathologist Dr. Mike Louw, and our team of HealthWatch Doctors will review, authorise and comment on all patient results.
In the event of any urgent results we will phone the participant immediately.

Results of Your Health Screen
Approximately two weeks after the initial health screen you will be invited to access your account to view and download your doctor approved medical results report.
This will include recommendations for any steps that should be taken by you to remain healthy.

Corporate Report
While all individual screening results are confidential, HealthWatch can also provide you with a statistical Corporate Health Report which summarises the overall health of your organisation.
The results of this report can be used to measure the effectiveness of any workplace wellbeing programme over a specific period of time.
Participants will be invited via email to view their own results.
